Unlike other five star hotels that minimize their service in time of COVID pandemic (although understandable), Tanah Gajah managed to keep up to their above five star standard in their service we were impressed by their generosity in giving us upgrades, all included free benefits, excellent service thats undoubtedly better than other five star resorts...

A Heaven close to Ubud

Tanah Gajah is the prefect place to stay if you are looking for relaxation and harmony.
The hotel is peaceful and even just for the week-end, it has given us a real mental and physical break...

One of a Kind

Before our stay in Tanah Gajah we had been to several places around Bali. I must say Tanah Resort is by far the best place we experienced during our trip. Very helpful staff trying their best to assist and accommodate their guests....

Very Exclusive resort with only a few guests

We stayed at The Chedi for 3 nights in December on a luxury escapes deal. It was the best decision we made during our stay in Bali! Some of the best bits are the room - ours with private pool, the pool area (very quiet so we spent most of our time here), the restaurant and the staff. Thank you especially to Darma our butler!! The spa was great. The location is out of town but they provide a shuttle in on request. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

Such an incredible hotel experience - the grounds are awe inspiring, the rooms luxurious,
the hotel has a laid back atmosphere, the food was incredible, the pools (in villa and hotel) both
outstanding, and the service and attention to detail is what makes this hotel stand out even further.
We went as a family of 4 (with a 9 and 5 year old), and the kids were so well looked after. Our butler
(Bauwa? if thats how its spelt) was brilliant from playing table tennis with the kids to bringing us
cocktails in the evening. daily yoga classes were an added bonus... just visit! you wont regret it.
