A beautiful wedding which colours the month of October at Tanah Gajah, Ubud
Sally & Yudhi first met in 2018 and shortly after they were on a long-distance relationship where Sally was completing her Master's degree in Taipei while Yudhi was working in Sydney. When the pandemic hits, both of them decided to return to Indonesia and eventually tied the knot on October 30th, 2021 at Tanah Gajah, a Resort by Hadiprana.
The moment they saw the venue and location during their visit to Bali, they fell in love with the spacious gardens and the peaceful surroundings of Tanah Gajah, Ubud.
The wedding was hosted in four kinds of events and was only attended by immediate and extended family due to travel restrictions caused by the pandemic. The first event was holy matrimony which took place in the morning at the new Tempayan restaurant with a modern Javanese theme adorned with earthy colours. The event continued with a tea ceremony at the Bird Lounge before making their way to a wedding ceremony at Tanah Gajah’s iconic outdoor amphitheatre with lilac and white flower arch and beautiful white chair tiffany chairs, surrounded by greenery.
After the procession, guests were escorted back to The Tempayan, where a dinner reception took place. String quartet performance and fire dance kept guests entertained while indulging in the enticing buffet selections of East meets West cuisines by Executive Chef Dean and his team.
Having 90 family members and dearest friends at their wedding was simply perfect for Sally and Yudhi.
