Indonesia Tatler: Meet Me at the Bar - Tanah Gajah, Ubud Goes to Jakarta

The culinary team of Tanah Gajah, a Resort by Hadiprana flew to Jakarta showcasing Chef Dean's signature Hainan Chicken rice and Singaporean Laksa to celebrate Cap Go Meh with Jakarta socialites

Tanah Gajah Ubud’s renowned Executive Chef Dean brought a taste of Singapore to the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta to celebrate the Cap Go Meh in early February. Chef Dean showcased his culinary creations such as Singaporean-style prawn Laksa and authentic Hainanese chicken rice to Jakarta socialites at Mitra Hadiprana boutique Mall. The event lasted for four days and we were blessed that we were able to fulfil 400 orders.
