The team, echoing the spirit of 'Act to Impact,' engaged in a village-wide initiative, meticulously cleaning the irrigation system connecting Tanah Gajah Ubud to Tengkulak village, a manifestation of seamless integration into the local ecosystem.

 

Beyond the picturesque landscapes and elegant villas, Tanah Gajah's commitment to uplifting its community radiates through various projects. The $1 bill program, a humble yet impactful gesture, invites departing guests to contribute to the local community.

Thanks to the generous contributions of our guests, we continue to support Tengkulak village. These funds are channeled into supporting public primary schools in Tengkulak village.
 

The resort actively collaborates with local authorities to distribute writing materials, and commendable students receive backpacks in acknowledgment of their academic excellence.

 

The team also works with the village mayor to visit the houses of elderly locals who are disabled or in need, delivering daily essentials such as eggs, rice, cooking oil, coffee, tea, and some cash to support their needs.

Such initiatives not only demonstrate Tanah Gajah's dedication to education but also reflect its deep-seated belief in providing equal opportunities for growth.

 

The legacy of Mr. Hendra Hadiprana, Tanah Gajah's visionary, breathes through the resort's identity. Operating as a private residence, Mr. Hadiprana cultivated close bonds with locals, employing 20 individuals. As the estate evolved into Tanah Gajah Ubud and Dua Dari, this bond persisted, with team members stationed at each property.

Bridging past and present, these individuals contribute, reflecting Mr. Hadiprana's dedication. 'Act to Impact' continues this legacy, with Tanah Gajah Ubud proudly carrying it forward.
