An active day itinerary designed by Tanah Gajah team featuring a morning jog, strength training at the gym, tennis and more.

If you’re already an active person, stopping your daily exercise routine will on holiday may make you feel sluggish.
 
Tanah Gajah, a Resort by Hadiprana is an ideal holiday destination for those seeking a blissful getaway, while also staying active. We have prepared an ideal itinerary to inspire our guests who want to exercise during their holiday at Tanah Gajah:

Get your adrenaline pumping and warm your body up with a scenic jog around the property. Sunrise is the best time to enjoy a run at Tanah Gajah. We have two jogging tracks available.
 
The center track is 430 meters long and it takes you on a journey around the middle of the resort. On this route you can enjoy a view of the sun rising behind the split gate as you pass by the outdoor amphitheatre. You may also be greeted by our friendly black and white swans by the swan ponds.

As an alternative, there is an extended track of 750 meters that will take you to the back of the resort, passing in front of The Tempayan restaurant and along our tranquil rice paddy field where you may catch a glimpse of farmers starting their day on the field and our vibrant hot air balloon rising into the sky.

It’s time to put on your headphones, play some motivating workout music, and get yourself in the zone for some strength training exercises at the gym. Out workout center is equipped with a new set of equipment such as dumbbells, weight machines, treadmills and more. At the same time, enjoy the stunning view of rice paddies from our floor-to-ceiling window.

After a hard workout at the gym, you deserve a refreshing dip in our 25-meter-long swimming pool. Either cool off with some relaxing strokes or push yourself with a more focused swim. With that, congratulations are in order as you have completed your morning workout.

Feeling refreshed after a shower and fresh set of clothes, it is now time to refuel with a nutritious and delicious breakfast at The Tempayan restaurant. Did we mention that we have a dedicated healthy breakfast set, specially reserved for active souls out there? After breakfast, you are off to explore Ubud and its surrounding area.

After a whole day of exploring, it is a good time to take advantage of our tennis court, as Tanah Gajah is one of the few resorts in Ubud with a private tennis court. Simply make your way to our court to play a couple of rounds with your partner. Equipment such as rackets, balls, towels and mineral water are already set up by our team. Solo travellers will still be able to enjoy tennis as Tanah Gajah team would be more than happy to organize a hitting partner for you.

After a thrilling game, it is time to cool down with the daily afternoon tea at Panen Padi Lounge - the former residence of Mr Hendra Hadiprana with sweeping views of serene rice paddy fields.
